The maximum MOTD length is 1536 and you can't change that.

Max length is 1536.

The only thing you can do is optimize the HTML code, but in your case i see its already done.
You can remove some unnecessary code like:

you can host the top15 on webserver and then show the url in the motd but you need sql skills and a php script to get it done.
