does anyone know the name or where i can find the plugin that:
when you look at a player, you can see the players name in hudmessage in red or blue depending on which team the player is on.
in many cases you can also see the players hp, armor and score

This feature is included with default amxx (cstrike ?) addon.
Just type amx_statscfgmenu in-game, enable the option and save before you close the menu.
