Try this version attached, I have checked if the map started (OnMapStart) before calling it.

Sure. Let me take a look at it. Is that above for 2.0 or 3.0?

EDIT: Hmmmm, didn't seem to work. Also, admin panel no longer showed the object spawner either.




What is OnMapStart? You using some kind of external script?

Great, l4d2_spawn_props_autoload "1" works normally. But there is still a slight flaw. An error log is generated when the server is started for the first time. Sorry for not knowing English.

It works for you? Because it doesn't appear in my admin panel, nothing spawns upon server join or even map restarts, and there is no error log.

I downloaded now and did some tests, it appeared in the !admin menu. In the second page for me.
I'm using the version 3.0, tried to fix the plugin but now the problem seems to not having the mapname during round_start, I'm checking this right now.

@Jeff check if you have done the following steps:

Place l4d2_spawn_props.smx in the sourcemod/plugins folder.
Place l4d2_spawn_props_models.txt in sourcemod/data folder.

@kiss try the new version, I updated the attachment in the previous post.

EDIT: I noticed that sometimes the entity doesn't spawn, try using the "Airport Baggage Cart 2" for the tests

Strange. I have my admin panel open but I don't see it listed.

Tried "sm plugins" in console and it appears the plugin isn't even running onmapstart?

Place l4d2_spawn_props.smx in the sourcemod/plugins folder.

Yes, those are all correct as done by the 3.0 plugin. Those folders/files exist.

Well I don't know, you may have some error log, or you are not as admin (z root) in the server.

Without errors the best I can advice you is to do a clean install.
Note: I'm using windows and listen server so maybe is a OS problem.

Try to remove all plugins and test just this one as standalone. Maybe something is messing up with the Admin menu, depending on the order.

Anyway if the plugin doesn't show up in the "sm plugins list" console probably didn't load.

Also try to take the .sp file and compile by yourself and then paste on the plugins folder, maybe is something related to the SM version in the forum vs your server version.

My server is linux. I'll try to compile the sp and see what happens.

Edit: No success. The new version above doesn't seem to work.
