Bomb xp and xp in generaly...?

Hey...

Right now my server gives 6 xp when someone plants the bomb.
I can't find the place to edit so that it gives e.g. 10 xp.
Can anyone help me with that ?

Also I would like some help, with another thing.:
I have played on a server that gave 5 xp each round to the persons that didn't earn any xp by killing. Is this a plugin to SH-mod or is it built into the mod ?

I hope someone can help me

how can i get mercyxp and that stuff on the amxx version ??
