skins no longer works since the update CS: S (04/17/2013), I do not know if it's the plugin or sourcemod or if you need to change the settings ?

The customer can no longer download the skins with this plugin.

That last CS:S update (today) from Valve broke everything for me. Fortunately, just some updates to SourceMod/MetaMod:Source resolved it for me.

I updated my server to these:
After applying those updates, SM_SkinChooser (and pretty-much everything else that broke today) is working fine for me again!

I did not have to move anything into the "download" folders - Not in the game-server, nor in the web-server. That's mostly there for client-side optimization stuff, to keep "custom" stuff downloaded from servers seperated from the "default" content that comes down from the publisher. You can do that on the server, but it doesn't really do much but confuse things - IMH(f)O anyway.

I did notice that on my client, even-though the client-side conversion process had (in theory) "moved" all the previously downloaded content to the new "download" folder on the client - I still had to clear it all out and let it download again from scatch to work consistantly. That included all the pre-downloaded models (used by this plug-in), but also stuff like custom sounds/music, etc.

Below are my configs as examples, if that helps you see how they should be setup.

downloading maps works, the plugins "Quake Sound" works, the plugins "Maps Decals" works by having all the new folder "custom/myfolder/materials/..." and "custom/myfolder/models/..." and "custom/myfolder/sound/..." there just has your plugin where it does not work...

as said before , there is no need to move your files on SERVER to customdirectory just leave them in the materials/models/sound ect. folders like before but if you have done it ex. custom/myfolder/materials/blablabla....than edit your configs to match that directory......

I'd like you to test and you tell me that it works... because even by changing the directory, the skins can be downloaded but they are displayed with pink and black square.

unless this is due to a bug in the game.

If you moved on SERVER the Files to another directory than add the paths to the iniīs.

Also read the readme.txt and gameinfo.txt for detailed instructions.

But I recommed to use the originally folders on the server and before you asked again or say it does not work, yes I tested all ways of setting a model to players with this plugin and they work if you do it right.

Download still doesn't work, even when I have latest version of Metamod and Sourcemoa and sm_skinchooser.
