as has been said, use sv_steam_voice 0, this will stop mics cutting out.

however, one piece of advice i can offer is that if people disconnect with buffer overflow when lots of people talk, its their rates at fault, get them to type in rate 30000 and the cl_cmdrate/updaterate and that should address that issue.

sv_use_steam_voice 0 is on, but the sound/microphones still stops..

Any tips? - Happening when theres like 10+ players.
