Yes, that's what often happens with the current version. That's why the ideas for new changes is up.

If it's not allowed to challange after the bomb is planted and you're taken to a little place like the jailspots you can do knifecombat and CT cannot resque hostages and ppl will not have to look for each other. That also makes the round end quicker.
