Yes i did. I got my friend to register on the forums. His rank shows up fine. From my knowledge (probly wrong but a c hance that its right), its the fact that my ID is STEAM_ID_LAN in console becfasue im hosting a listen. Could that be the prob?

The ID you add in your profile should exactly match the ID Steam gives you. So I think you should add STEAM_ID_LAN to your profile, not the ID you get when playing on the internet.

JGHG : about the tag that is added again and again on each mapchange...this only happens when I use the append, the prepend works fine and is only added once.

thats what i have it set as. It doesent update mine though.

EDIT: I found that after disabling sv_lan my id changed to STEAM_ID_PENDING so now i have that in the profile field.
