That's how sourcebans work.
If your database is down and you got admin-flatfile loaded, if will use use the admins.cfg instead that way you wont lose admin.

use the admins_simple.ini if you want to set admins/donators which are not in sourcebans.

The newer version of the sourcebans plugin 1.5.0+
Which can be found here https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=207840 it does not use admins.cfg

My SB don`t overwrite admins.cfg but it overwrites the admin_groups.cfg.
I have a new version of SB.

I don't see any new bugs, aside from CS:GO, I will release a stable soon.

It adds the ban but doesn't kick the player, and if it helps my Steam ID is the older type.

What SB version, this was fixed.
