Did you upload the gamedata properly? Are you running another extension which uses the same signature?

I am having the same exact issue. "[SM] Unable to load extension "cleaner.ext": Failed to find signature." I think I uploaded everything properly.

to be sure, can someone let me know exactly where the "src" folder and all its contents go? Also, how do I check to see if something else is using the same signature?

lastly, pardon my ignorance in all this but what is "Ptah"? aswell how do I "add new forward"?

I feel these could be my issues? Again sorry for all the probably dumb questions. I like to think I am pretty smart and able to do 99% of server related fixes but I just simply can't get this to work. Anyways thanks in advance for any help!
