For the moment, no, but I could add this feature in the next version.

By carrying one gun, do you mean remove all weapons except the pistol? (and of course stop them from getting an other gun)
Do you want players to keep their knife?
Is this restriction active as soon as you have a shield in the inventory, or only when you deploy it?

Update 1.1.1

Small update released:

• Version 1.1.1
  • Compiled with sourcemod 1.9
  • Changed command ts_reloadmodels to ts_reloadmodel
  • Fixed being able to use the shild with any weapon

The repo on github is dead, I'll leave it there for some time for compatibility and stuff, but all my plugins are on gitlab, so please use the new repo for the last updates.

Sorry for the long time of inactivity, but I had to choose between college and csgo plugins, and the choice was easy to make ;).

I fixed some of the issues reported here, and I'll try to fix the rest this month.

More importantly, the plugin now works again after the panorama update!
