read_data(0) doesn't mean anything, only "id" should be considered and compared to Sender, so remove Receiver and replace with id.

Don't put amx_adminlisten_voice in any .cfg file and the feature stays disabled.
For the error, it is strange that it is not more detailled, anyway try new version.
