Hey there I heard about OpenFastDL but when i saw it was inactive project i got the idea to host myself free fastdl

NOTE: This project is supposed to help small servers (big ones also...), usually they have limited bandwidth or speed, this will allow theme to run custom sounds, maps, banners etc. To make life ez i do all .bz2 work and ftp work, when i add a map i send that person what to add in server.cfg
