If you look @ the other posts he has made, He obviously runs a dedicated server, with 32 slots. His Computer CANNOT handle it at all. So the relation between

its quite funny that youre saying it crashes due to his bad ram
and that you're saying that we have not asked if he had ms office installed or not

the thing is. if it was just a ram issue like you have mentioned
it would not contain the words ciceroUIWNDFrame ANYWHERE in the error report/title as this is the name of an ms office component. it never would show this unless he has it installed

i would know as i have had this problem a few years back which would randomly crash my programs and hang me on shutdown
ill elaborate a bit further. ciceroUIWNDFrame actually manages speech/handwriting/ and also alternative user input. meaning the lang bar [chinese/japanese] which can appear in hl

ofcourse having ram problems and msoffice could be the problem as well but... that's another story that we would not be able to know about

SO... my best guess is to disable East Asian Language and the language bar / uninstall the component

If you're so sure it's an office problem, GO ASK IN A MICROSOFT FORUM FOR GODS SAKE.

And memory corruption means you can't make any assumptions, you don't know what data and when will be messed up, you don't know how MSOffice works, it may be trying to read process memory and segfaulting, which maybe it's fault, but may also be a signal of faulty RAM.
