Hey guys..Who can help me with this problem?
WARNING: UDP_OpenSocket: port: 27015 bind: Address already in use
L 02/19/2011 - 23:57:08: FATAL ERROR (shutting down): Couldn't allocate dedicated server IP port 27015.

Add "-debug" to the ./hlds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

close cs and then start hlds
or close any other program that is using that port
for example another hlds

You have another program or HLDS using the port 27015.

If you using linux system then type that command
killall -9 hlds_i686 hlds_run hlds_amd
sed
If this not work tell me what programs or games working on your computer .

U just updated cs# /etc/rc.d/sysctl restart
compat.linux.osrelease: 2.6.16 for my new css server, but zm and some another servers start to shut down with this problem..
