That's what you're missing.
I said earlier that you'd need databases to use this plugin doesn't matter you do need web part of plugin or not, somehow you'll need them to store client information, ammo etc.

You just need mysql access that's enough to run this plugin.
Import zp_web_stats.sql using any tool like phpMyAdmin or such. After that type details of database where you've imported zp_web_stats.sql
