For efficiency, it is better to cache the value of GetClientCount(true) before starting the loop rather than calling it again on every iteration.

When our server falls empty there's usually one or two admins sitting idle in spec not doing anything, so the server is 2/58 but in reality it is empty. Will it still change map after you've now fixed it to do so with sourcetv?
