Heres a couple things I noticed which should be fixed/added.

If you use sm_balance, or sm_team and move a player, they retain the old team model, so a T could pose as a CT and the only way to tell is by putting your crosshair over them.

Also, I think a choice for admin flag should be involved. I don't want my basic level admins (kick, slay, mute) to have the ability to use certain commands and remove the custom commands from the menu list, if required the users can add these commands to the adminmenu_custom.txt file, I have done that myself and it works well.

Updated!
- assimilated Swapper plugin, so there sm_swap/lswap/exch/lexch commands delivered and menu sections of them (improved a bit)
- added sm_getmodel and sm_setmodel commands for unknown purposes
- added sm_shuffle command
- added sm_drop and sm_dropslot command (need test for games, other than CS:S)
- changed sm_*cash/*frags/*deaths commands syntax (look 1st post)
- ban log now can log unbans
- improved balance
- sm_admins now won't show "admins", which haven't generic flag (e.g. "vip" clients with only slot reservation)
- some minor fixes and improvements

Is there a way to remove some plugins in connect announce, since we already have it?

sm_adv_connect_announce 0 if you mean this plugin. Set it in cfg/sourcemod/advcommands.cfg

Thanks for the update! By chance, did you happen to fix the sm_speed command for use with tf2?
Or the av_vision glitches for tf2?
