Hi i am really new to this server business. I am running a css server, and I was asked to install gungame. It is working fine, however, at the end of the game, it switches to any map it wants to, it seems at random.

I see there was a GG_OnStartMapVote that was said to be able to start a mani map vote, or whatever voting plug-in you have once someone got to the second to last level. I cannot seem to be able to find how to set that up to work correctly.

I have ma_voterandom 7 in the gungame.mapvote.cfg, but no votes come up.


I hope I didn't overlook something obvious.

At first I left it alone but I never saw a vote pop up, so I tried putting in the 7, since the number controls the amount of random maps added to the vote.

I just edited my post with the correct command from mani documentation. If that doesn't work you need to check if the voting works for mani by doing that command again in the server console yourself

yeah, mani votes work, I have it set up to do a random vote at the end of every map.
But gungame doesn't seem to be triggering them. I don't think it should make a difference whether it's ma_voterandom now 7
or just ma_voterandom 7

I didn't mean to say I had mani_voterandom, I have ma_voterandom.

Thanks. It fixed. You can grab it from the my svn (Link on the first post) if you want it. I will be releasing it with the next beta release.

You will need to compile it yourself locally.

Kewl, thanks.
I did some study of programming in school. Hopefully I'll be able to figure it out.
I've never done anything for sourcemod though. I'll see what I can do tomorrow.
