I know its planned as an official valve mutation.. but until then, can someone make a plugin that will allow this?

"The survivors will start with M60s and a Magnum to fend off the Infected. No other primary or secondary weapons will spawn during the game. The M60s will have unlimited ammunition similar to Chainsaw Massacre mode."
