Software for comparing hex values

Do you know of any good software to compare hex values? Example I've two same dlls with different versions (minor changes), I want to compare them and note the differences.

Beyond Compare, nothing beats it.

However, comparing PE executables at that level is not generally useful, IDA + PatchDiff2 is more useful to find code differences (although you still need to know what you're doing).

But HxD shows in a different way.

Example

I want a software which only shows exact differences or what has been modified between this dll and that dll not complete values between two dlls. Do y'all know of any?
