Where do i put it after i download it? Which folder and how do i execute it?

this is not an amxx issue but put it under your mod dir lets say you have a cs 1.6 server you put it under cstrike folder and then lets say the name was calcs.cfg you join the server and use rcon exec calcs.cfg

dude... when you have AMXX installed, use amx_cfg <filename.extension> no RCON pw needed

That's just weird since the CAL config is supposed to disable AMXX

Your not allowed to have AMXX enabled in a CAL match. Its against the rules.
