amx_gag really needs to be fixed :/

I got this error when i try to gag someone:

Yea, well the only real thing right now is adding EKS's above amx_super. It seems to work on some, and not on others. I was hoping for the re-write but its taking a lot longer for sure.

If I can get a fix up I will
