Im having a little problem, the !vip command was working fine the first time i have installed the plugin, later the same day after i added some users to the DB the command stopped working completely.
!vip does not open the menu with the info neither for the user nor roots, the rest of the commands works fine.
Im getting this error, but it doesn't make sense since its configured in the database.cfg, i even accessed the DB with DBeaver and the "tVip" is present with the current loaded users. I can even add or remove new VIPs and the tables got updated with it.

Note* this is a modified version, but i have only added one small line to reload admins when the user is added nothing more.
To further test if this was the problem, i loaded a fresh installation on SM 1.12 dev with the plugin from this post, and used the same DB and its not showing up either with the !vip command.
My only guess after all my testing is that my database is the cause, but i dunno why.
