I saw that there are plenty of servers with 64 player slots and they are running with little bugs.

I know that there is a public source code for Linux but does anyone know how it is possible to do that for Windows?

I made a few 64man windows servers and they seem to run ok i had a friend come on one with 49 bots he said it ran smooth so i was happy

For the basic increased cap put -unrestricted_maxplayers -maxplayers numberGoesHere as launch options.

If you run into edict issues, that's your problem ig. Find plugins to strip cosmetics and/or pay someone to help you.
