Everything you need for tf2items_manager's config file (tf2items.weapons.txt) is in items_game.txt, except the format of tf2items.weapons.txt, which is obviously in tf2items.weapons.example.txt or whatever it's called.

I've written one in PHP but it's fairly custom to my server, and it requires use of a website that exists on the server, and the data still needs lots of maintenance

is there any chance to change "holiday_restriction" of item? i want to halloween items can be weared all year

i dont want use tf_forced_holiday on our server, because 'halloween sets' will be reward for donators. ;)

My guess is no, since the restriction gets placed on the client side, so it won't even allow you to equip the hat unless the server is reporting that it is Halloween, which is a server-wide thing from what I can tell.

I'm not sure if you can modify "set" attributes either.

Also trying to do what you want might result in people who AREN'T donors to not be able to use the Halloween set attributes during Halloween which would be pretty lame IMO.
