Pretty simple:

I don't know if its possible, but if you loose from rock paper scissors, that it would actually kill that person that lost, or set on fire, explode, or whatever comes in mind ;)

You could even go as far then as setting a timer on it, and handing out rewards to winning rps people.

Just an idea though.
