Hello.
For some reason plugins and amxx doesn't work with me.
i saw every tutorial on youtube and google and here but nothing helped me.

Anyways when i play in some servers and kill 3 players without dying some sound says *Rampage* which is called Quake Sounds .
At the same time i find a text in the front of the screen says *MYNAME is on Rampage*
*[T-W] Adam465 is on Rampage*

So i want that text without the sounds , is there anyway to add those texts without plugins and amxx stuff ?
Please help me guys i want them badly .

By the way i just wanted to ask something maybe you can help me with , when i start a server with HLDS my ping goes to 500-800 , i don't know why , if there is any solution for this ?
