i didnt add any plugin that causes this , it was working properly but in last 2 weeks this error appeared

It is not an engine problem, one of your plugins is causing problems.
As told, disable them one by one to find the issue.

And update metamod to metamod-p 1.9p37 the best version of metamod ever + install AMX Mod X 1.8.3 leatest dev version because AMXX 1.8.2has the hamdata.ini corupted from AMXX 1.8.1 fixed in AMXX 1.8.3

And then if doesn't work stop the plugins.

There is no good reason not to use the latest version of Metamod which is 1.21-am.

I cant use amxmodx 1.8.3 since some of my plugins work only on 1.8.2 :s
+ i suggest using the latest version of Metamod ..
