Hello,
I am hosting servers in India .I am facing problem of Fps drop on servers hosted on my system.
Problem sounds strange to me as the system I am using is having very good configuration

Spec
Processor- 24 Core 3Ghz Intel Xeon Processor
Ram- 64 Gb
Network - 1 GB
OS- Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

My CPU usage shows above 90% on all cores still I am not getting stable fps.
Tried all booster plugins and all ,didn't worked.
I am currently hosting 70 Servers on this machine.
Servers are normal public server. No plugins load etc
Windows and machine settings are default and untouched
Please help me out to setup my system properly.
Its been very hard on me .

Sorry for bad English

It is not that simple.
Its a noobie step,I am hosting servers ,at-least I am having this much knowledge .
But I appreciate your help though my problem still persist.

Hlds can't use more than one core. If you are running multiple servers, I guess you should bind servers to different cores, I don't know how to do it in windows system.
