Can someone explain me where should i start looking for mm hvh plugins etc.? Cuz i googled and didn't find anything interesting. I want to create mm hvh server and i just need all these things. Or send plugin pack

Hvh server isn't different in any way from regular public casual or public mm type server. Just turn off Vac Security don't install any anti-cheat only add plugins that prevent exploits because people most likely will try to destroy server.

Just configure server.cfg how you like, add some afk kicker, rank plugin etc...

I don't know much about HvH servers but as far as I'm aware of it's just like a normal 5v5 server, but it's hack vs hack. And you need to make sure that the server is not vac secured (-insecure in startup)
