Cuz sum people cant download on sum servers since it blocks all notication into them.

here is my moded version. All uber I know the code is not perfect, but it works.

You dont need my changes to the admin_writehelp function i only changed it becuse it contain loads of "debug" code & the html code it generated looked gay

this doesnt work for me...i installed it right...like a normal plugin and when i type amx_writehelp i get this in the console

aswell as unknown command but in the servers' amxx/custom folder there isnt any html file...
