Fix pragma being below includes....the reason why this is not recommended is because that would invalidate the plugin being compiled on older versions of sourcemod so i will keep it as is because it effects nothing...thanks for your support on this...will be updating in a moment.

Feature - Added Ban Support(Permanent And Timed)

This feature is untested but should work, let me know if there are any problems.
Don't forget to delete the old cfg file because of new options.

Feature - Added do not grief warning when close to being kicked or banned
Fixed - An error with ban support(permanent and timed) has been corrected
Being charged, ridden, smoked etc. no longer triggers griefer protection

One quick question. Does the timer starts when a player first joins a game as spectator or when taking over their assigned survivor?

Timer starts the moment a player joins the server...

and one last question (sorry for the confusion, I really do). When the wait time is still active, does that mean the grief system is idling, waiting for the time to reach its designated value, or it is active in that time window until it will turn off after it reaches the value?

Could you also add the ability to block all votes by newly connected players?
Griefers often call a kick vote to confuse people into kicking an innocent player.
