Hi, Is there a way to edit round start spawn seconds on the server?

Example I play on Zombie Escape mode server and after 20 seconds game starts for all, everything ok until some players join a little bit late and that causes/creates a bug. When they join they are bugged with human skin (in fact, they are zombies) so I'm requesting any plugin or any command available to edit the time to 25 seconds, after 25 seconds every player who joins the server he remains dead until the next round, Thanks in advance.
