Is not a problem of joining the server or downloading the map.. the time to connect to server is to big.. like 30 seconds. Is like.. checking somthing After the 30 seconds client joins the server. Downloading the map is working fine. I don.t know why is taking so much time to join server.

Sounds like you have a slow computer and possibly server. I tested it with the same map in your linked image and it took me 10~ seconds to download 8.971 MB and load the map. Give the specifications to both your own computer and server. Also, does this happen with other workshop maps, such as this one?

Server is a 9900k at 4.8 Ghz, 32 GB ram at 3000Mhz, M2 512G. And pc i was trying to connect is a i5 4430 with 20GB ddr3 GTX 1070 ti and the other pc is an i7 6700 with 16GB ram with 1080ti.

Hardware is not a problem.

Do u know why on the classic method of upload maps manual to server.. after a while players when they are trying to connect to server they get this error : The map is diffrent from the server", why is happening this.. because i am not changing any maps.. after 3-4 days at another map is giving this error, to everybody even if they delete de map from cs go folder and downloading again.

The issue you are experiencing is during the caching phase of the game, loading the map into memory on your computer and is a matter of settings related to hardware. It would be either you have some funky launch parameters to the game, autoexec settings, or your server is having issues loading the map first. The server would only be an issue if it was loading the map initially before any client joined, such as changing to the map while clients are connected.

This is why workshop exists, to eliminate that error so that clients can join and use a map and have the map updated and all players would download the updated version again without conflict. When you upload the map to your maps folder and the client downloads it, it will only use that version from server to server. So in order to resolve that issue now, everyone who has downloaded it has to delete in from their CS:GO maps directory and download it again. You never want to approach that method unless it's a final version of the map that doesn't have some sort of versioning at the end and will not be updated by the author and has a unique name that doesn't conflict. Otherwise this is the result.
