im install smac anti cheat smx and sp but failed load plugins :S

A. It's usually the best of ideas to post in the proper section. SMAC has it's own section so posting there would be beneficial.

Smac requires sdk hooks, version 1.5+ has it included.

im download lastest sdk hooks and install sdk hooks is running but smac isn't running

well your soucemod is very old... try the latest 1.5 snapshot anyhow.. also what game, and other version numbers might prove helpful...

I've said it before and I'll say it again... are there any errors in the logs? That's the best method we can find to help you with your problem.
