It was a 21 day poll and it started on October 15. That's why you couldn't vote; the poll has already been closed.

As an aside, I'll be releasing a new version of Bad Camper sometime next week (I'm on "vacation" this week) and it will include the "announce camper to other team" feature. Some of the other features that were in this poll may be implemented in future versions.
