Hello everyone, who can compile this plugins for me?, i will be happy.

There probably is a reason you can't find a compiled version of that code, don't you think?.
The file you attached seems to be downloaded from github, a site for developers to... you know, develop stuff.
What i want to say is this, chances are you are better served by sticking to the currently released version.
If you really want to use the code you posted, i recommend you to use this tool to compile it.

CS:GO requires UMC 3.4.6 beta. However, last I checked, it doesn't work properly for other games on 3.4.6. Steell kinda vanished before ever integrating them and producing a final 3.4.6 version.

He had some good new features on his ToDo List =(

He actually merged my pull request with the newest umc-nativevotes... but I don't think he's done anything on UMC himself.

You can find it UMC 3.4.6 here. The only out of date plugin in that zip is umc-nativevotes... which doesn't work with CS:GO anyway.
