it`s my native language(Georgian), after translate AMXX lang files i got this

is it client side issue? or something other?

It's encoding problem, try tweaking with encoding set and post the results again.

i tryed with utf8 and utf8-BOM same result on both

I don't know, it's up to main amxmodx "owners". If they decide to add it then they need sources/translations.

Not really. It's up to the one person who decides to make a translation and contribute it in Github. If everything's fine with it, there's no reason for the devs not to add it.
