Updating HLDSUpdateTool

hey ... i try to update but it does not... as i give the update command to HLDSUpdatetool in command prompt it closes or as i open that shortcut which i renamed by adding the update command at the last....plz help me... m very eager to make my own server...

i download the steamcmd.. but when i m typing steamcmd in command prompt as written in SteamCMD https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD it shows htat steamcmd is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file... what should i do??

Did you change to the directory where you extracted SteamCMD to?
