[REQ][CSGO] Block team changes.

Been looking for a plugin on the forums & google but couldn't find anything that did what I needed it to.

Just need a simple plugin to block CT's changing to T's and T's changing to CT's or maybe something that will slay the client on team change while still allowing changes between spectator throuh the !spec command.

Plugins works fantastic except for one thing,

When a map doesn't have enough spawns for connecting players it will print this to their console then kick them

FCVAR_SERVER_CAN_EXECUTE prevented server running command: gameui_allowescapetoshow
FCVAR_SERVER_CAN_EXECUTE prevented server running command: gameui_allowescapetoshow
FCVAR_SERVER_CAN_EXECUTE prevented server running command: setpause

Just using SpawnTools7 to fix this atm
