Yeah. For L4D2 you don't need this plugin anymore.
Put this in your server.cfg instead.

//Disable melee fatigue
sm_cvar z_gun_swing_vs_cooldown "-1"
sm_cvar z_gun_swing_vs_amt_penalty "-1"

Must have been with the two recent updates as they changed the engine file were those two command once was removed

Installed the plugin thinking it was also working for Coop, but clearly it isn't. To the author of the plugin, please reword your title to include Versus or Single player only!
