There are a lot of plugins that havent got approved or unapproved. Don't expect that your plugin will get approved right after you post it, it is very rare to happen. At least, all that i have seen getting approved so fast are plugins very well coded that every approver would approve.
About outdated plugins that arent working anymore... If you want to help so much, why dont you test them all, make a list of the ones that arent working and send to some administrator?

I will do that then. I will go and report every plugin that is not working, not in the right place on forums
and help you guys out by reporting them.

When you report it, make sure that the problems with it are in the thread

I will test the plugin to see if it's working or not and if the author is inactive and can't fix it, I will report it. To see if he is inactive or not, i will go on his profile to see the last time he logged on the forums.

I don't think it's broken. I actually like it coz it lists all plugins of a specific member. If you think its broken you should pm an administrator.

No, the data isn't tracked until the plugin is approved.

You should allow manual edit on amxmodx.org so when some approver approve some plugin, he can go in website and add it there too.
