Need to know how, if a user is renamed and the new name contains an INI file, not display.

like

name "pepito"

Code:

 * Sickness changed name to pepito

and if exist an ini file with pepito do not display nothing.

How ?

- Read on server start the file and store the names in a dynamic array.
- Hook the name change
- Check if the new name is in the saved names.
- If so, block the change.
