Can I use this in Zombie Plague if the lighting is disabled?

You should register_event instead of register_message, for ScreenFade.
you could register nightvision command instead of registering NVGToggle message, that would would need to remove nvg on kill (and on spawn ?) though, that's why it is only a suggestion.

I've just thought about a method that would make flash process to be more flaw, may try something and tell you.

Can you add radius for this NVG? For example, radius highter than 60 and everything is normal, just like normal NVG, just without the lag.

new method for nvg( can use in zp and no lag)

set player camera light cvar if they dont have nvg/not enable, else set light to "-" and then use screenfade msg to set color.100% work.
you can see it in my server:221.132.34.100:28021
