Personally I prefer Bacardi's method of manually looking at console commands players are using to see the exact command that crashes the server. From there it's trivial to make a plugin that blocks the command as well as banning the player trying to execute it.

This'll create a file named "logs/CommandListener.log" where you can see commands players are using. It's spammy so only keep it running as needed.
