This fixes the A2S_RULES reply on Linux servers missing almost all convars.
It replicates exactly how the server builds the reply list internally (but without borking up after about the 20th convar), so no ugly hax.

Requires SteamTools.

Compiled plugin is attached due to non-standard include file.

The bug only exists in the linux build, so you don't need this plugin on windows.

Windows severs do not require it, the bug only effects Linux.
The plugin will still do it's job though, it would just be pointless.
