Are you talking to me? Trust me , I might be 14 but I don't know that much , I just know how to install AMXX without getting confused and hitting your computer.
Well , your Metamod Plugins.ini looks nice and right but your Liblist.gam is messy , change it to this , and oh yeah , opening it with Notepad is good don't worry. :

Wait , are you running a server that is not Dedicated?

I'm having the same problem.

I deleted all files concerning my dedicated server then ran the dedicated server alone without AMX or anything on it to get the proper directory structure.

After that I closed down the server and closed steam.
Then I used the installer package and installed AMX Mod X and the DoD plugin.
From here I went in and configured the things I needed to for my server. (I.E. Admin access for me, welcome messages, and MOTD)
I then started the Dedicated server thru Steam, waited until it was fully loaded and all.
I joined my dedicated server and found that nothing was running at all. There were no commands available at all. I sat there for awhile to see if anything came up and none of the welcome messages or MOTD did not come up.

I tried typing Meta Refresh into the server console and it just stared at me funny.

I have successfully used AMX on an old CS server I used to run. But ever since Steam has become part of it, it jsut feels like something is missing...

I'm stuck right now. Any help is very much appreciated.

How are you running Metamod? And did you type meta list in GAME console or SERVER console? IT won't work in game console unless you have amx_rcon in front. And even then I don't think the output is shown in the game console.

You're using Metamod 1.17.3 and AMXX 1.0 right? Everything I told you should have worked. Unless you messed up.
