Well, they are related to the entity and the entity has an origin, so technically yes. But why does that matter to you?

Ive a plugin which writes 3 origins depending where youre standing, not sure how they work, maybe that could help with it??

A player entity's volume is 72x36x36 or so. Use that as a reference.

Size is not related to origin both are vectors thats the commom thing between them.

Also

Make sure to set the entity model then its sizes.
