It does, and has always been supported in the plugin. Users need to specify their JS page.

Hey, I'm using this plugin as some kind of radio with different stations on my server. Now I want to keep all the Stations silent, but that way the user can't change the volume of it.

Currently I just setup an additional command (!volume) which isn't silent, so the window gets displayed and whoever is using it can change the volume (all stations are on TuneIn, so they share the same Volume settings).
However, that way anyone who uses the command changes his radio station temporarily, which isn't a no-go, but yet not a good solution.

So I asked myself, if there's a way to add a command (!volume) that gets the current opened url of a client and opens it to him in non-silenced mode.
I haven't scripted anything (except for a few minor changes) on sourcemod yet, so I'd be really thankful for any help.

if I use {STEAM_ID} it returns strange value in url like STEAM_0%3a1%3a40577662 does anybody knows how to solve that ?
